Design
Coaxial copper cables consist of RF cables, leaky cables, railway signal cables, high frequency cables, and their connection equipment including jumpers, connectors, clamps, and splicing materials.
- RF cables feature an inner conductor (copper tube, copper-clad aluminum, etc.), foam polyethylene insulation, outer conductor (annually or helically corrugated copper tube), and finally a PE or LSZH outer sheath.
- Leaky cables feature an inner conductor (copper tube, copper-clad aluminum, etc.), foam polyethylene insulation, outer conductor (corrugated copper tube with milled slots or perforated copper foil), and finally an LSZH outer sheath.
- Railway signal cables feature conductors, insulation (polyethylene or polyolefin), shielding as required (metallic tape or composite tape), and finally an extruded outer sheath (armored or unarmored).
- High frequency cables feature an inner conductor, fluoroplastic insulation, braided outer conductor, and finally an FEP or LSZH outer sheath.
